2. Planning, Preferences and Pre-Construction

Our 3-P’s for Building Success, it is here that we discuss your “must have” list and begin the process of understanding more your requirements for total satisfaction. We also discuss your homesite, floor plans, home specification, and the lot size, type and location. We also finalize your building budgets and contract and begin the building process.

3. Construction of your custom dream home

Now, it’s time for you to sit back and watch the home of your dreams come to life. The construction phase involves your Gannon Building Group scheduling all the various trades and suppliers so your project is finished on time and on budget. You can expect us to handle all aspects of the construction phase including:

• Developing and regularly updating a construction schedule and task list.
• Notifying you and the project team of any challenges due to weather, material delays, excavation issues, etc.
• Completing all phases of construction, ensuring proper installation and that the project is built to plan.

4. Move-In, Orientation and Warranty

Congratulations! It’s hard to believe what was once a rough sketch is now a place where meals will be eaten, stories will be shared and memories will be made. You’re now a proud custom homeowner!
